When you cancel the order:
In case you cancel the order after it has been assigned to one of our experts, you will be refunded funds amounting to between 70-100% of the total amount. Note that a certain amount might be deducted to compensate for the efforts put in by the company to provide you with the requested service.
There could be unexpected and unforeseen occurrences, such as our expert getting ill or managing an emergency. You receive a low score or grade than you expected. Note that we can revise your work until the maximum revisions (3) are exhausted. If you submit the work to the instructor, we assume that you are completely satisfied and need nothing from our end. Thus, you shall not be refunded any amount of the total cost if you get a lower grade than expected.
The refund deadline has passed. Note that any order, regardless of its status, merits a refund if six months have not passed since it was successfully placed and the original payment transaction conducted.
Delayed payment. Our system allows you to pay for our service after a successful placement.
